Hi There!

My name is Elissa Arnheim, and I’m so glad you’re here!

Are you ready to give your child their most outrageously healthy and happy life?

Great! You’re in the right place.

Elissa Arnheim helps parents like you reduce picky eating, belly & behavior issues quickly and naturally, using the power of gut health and nervous system calming techniques.

She is host of the Healthy Gut Happy Child Summits, The New Science of Healthy Elimination Summit, is a certified fermentationist, popular guest speaker, and leads the Healthy Gut Happy Child program & community.

Her events, courses & programs have helped nearly 40 thousand people discover more health & happiness naturally.

Elissa’s first profession focused on a much bigger scale of ecology than microbe populations in children’s guts.  She spent most days outside studying populations of plants and wildlife in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, or leading residential education programs in Olympic National Park. She has an undergraduate degree in Conservation Biology, and a Master of Science in Natural Resource Policy and Planning, When she left the woods to work in a busy Seattle hospital, she saw first-hand how even the most sophisticated and expensive life-saving procedures just couldn’t help patients make the food and lifestyle choices they needed to stay healthy and out of the hospital.

Her friends and co-workers thought Elissa was super-healthy when her baby was born, and she did too.  But there was a lot she didn’t know - about her and her baby’s gut health.

When her child experienced a massive health crisis, she was grateful she’d just become aware of the critical role our gut plays in our whole health - and dedicated herself to learning everything she could to support him.

Elissa healed her son's gut after ten months of chemotherapy, and healed her own depression, anxiety and lifetime of allergies.  She uses the same methods to empower mothers to heal their children’s guts and free them from their symptoms - so they can finally stop worrying so much, and watch their children shine.
