A Healing New Year for Your Child - book your call! Pics of gut healing food when visiting
How are you feeling?
Are you inspired?
Or tired?
Or still getting organized so you can decide?
I'll admit, I'm just getting into 2019 now, and...
I love the feeling that the year is new, full of possibility and opportunity!
I'm committed to making your child's awesome gut health simpler and more accessible than ever!
Why?
Because great gut health prevents anxiety and chronic meltdowns.
Because great gut health trains a child's immune system to be balanced and resilient.
Because great gut health supports nutrient absorption for great mental health, fit bodies, strong teeth and clear skin.
Because great gut health helps babies and kids rest well at night, play all day, and have the mental focus and social intelligence to stay ahead of the curve.
There are SO MANY REASONS to make GUT HEALTH TOP PRIORITY FOR YOUR CHILD!
And it's simple when you have support.
I'll give you all the support you need.
And here's a hint:
It's all about your family's little habits!
Seriously?!?
YES. Let me give you an example from my family, from this very minute.
I'm writing to you from my niece's bedroom, in Illinois. (She's pretty awesome to host a family of three plus a puppy in her room!)
We've been doing a LOT of hosting and visiting over the past few weeks (hooray for being with family!).
And because we've been building the gut-healthy habits that really work, it's been sooooo much easier to be flexible.
Yep.
Gut-healthy habits make it easy to flex.
Because it's easy to be flexible if your kid can eat more than two specific foods.
Because it's easy to be flexible when you know your child's immune system is strong.
Because it's easy to be flexible when your toddler likes to eat foods that nourish and heal their bodies.
Because it's easy to be flexible when your child is pretty even-keeled.
Let's be real here - it's challenging to travel if your kid who has a perpetual cough and runny nose (even when they're not sick), or when your child is so anxious they cling to you like glue when you leave your own house, or if your three year old completely looses it for an hour if something other than a cheese sandwich with the crusts cut off touches their plate. It's challenging to travel with your baby when they're constipated and can't sleep.
And it's really hard to travel with a child when your own nerves are frayed from so much worry and challenge and sleeplessness.
I get that.
And I have a question for you:
What have you chosen not to do because it just seems too hard?
Is it a trip to visit dear friends or relatives you miss?
Is it getting a dog for your family?
Is it simply reducing how much sugar you eat, or going gluten-free?
I understand - you're so overwhelmed already that you just don't want to rock the boat.
That's why, when mothers come to me to help their children, I support them too.
Want this to be the year your child gets better for good, without your life falling apart?
I want that for you too!
So I'm offering a day of strategy calls as a new year's gift to you.
Free session, clear direction, healing results for your child.
It's one special day to get your child's year of healing under way - don't miss out!
Love,
Elissa
