Cucumbers, avocados, roasted beets, peas, and quinoa cooked in homemade chicken broth with artichokes, white beans, Italian spices, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, and olive oil all drizzled. Note: he ate the avocado before I could get the picture in the first one, and same for the beets in the second, that’s what he’s putting in his mouth. :) ~ Sarah
